This Cupped Oval Buckram Frame has the shape of a hate without the rim. It’s about 2” deep and the top portion is curved giving it its hat shape. You can embellish this frame with some lace, feathers, studs, rhinestones, and so forth to make the perfect hat of your liking. To safely secure the frame onto the head use bobby pins, alligator clips, or you can stitch a hair comb onto it depending on its use. It is available in white.
